The website describes our work with carpets, textile floor coverings and other textile products in general terms. It is not an offer to sell. Product availability, specifications, prices and delivery times are confirmed only in a written quotation or order confirmation.

Orders and contracts

Each sale is governed by the quotation, order confirmation and any contract signed for it. These set out the goods, quantities, prices, currency, payment terms and delivery terms, including the Incoterms rule where one is agreed for an international shipment. If those documents conflict with these terms, the documents for the specific order prevail.
