What we collect

• Details you give us in an enquiry or email: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message, such as product, quantities and delivery destination.
• Business contact details of people we deal with at customers, suppliers, carriers and forwarders in the course of a trade.
• Information needed to carry out an order, such as delivery addresses and the details that appear on invoices and shipping documents.

The enquiry form on this website does not send data to a server. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To enter into and perform contracts for the sale and delivery of textile products.
• To prepare commercial, shipping and customs documents for domestic and international deliveries.
• To meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

We share only what is needed for a specific order: with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers handling a shipment, with suppliers where a delivery requires it, with our professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires. For international orders, some of this information travels outside Canada, and the laws of the destination country apply to it there.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Our email correspondence may be processed by our email service providers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and order and accounting records for the period required by Canadian tax and corporate law.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent to uses that are not required by law or contract.
